For as long as supplies last, the FillmoreCares team has blood glucose monitoring systems available. These items are free of charge, and will be delivered to any person in the South Brooklyn, Breezy, or Rockaway areas who need them. If you know anyone who is elderly and unable to make their way out of their buildings or homes to have these supplies on hand, please contact us on their behalf.
